By agreeing to receivetext messages, you consent to receive informational messages related to yourhealthcare, such as: appointment reminders, health updates, notificationsrelated to billing, care management, and other health-related communications.Message frequency may vary based on your specific healthcare needs.

When you opt-in to theservice, Urology Specialist Group will send you an SMS message By opting in ortexting us, you agree to receive text messages from us.

By agreeing to receivetext messages, you confirm that the mobile phone number provided is yours andthat you have the right to use it.

‍Opt-Out

You may stop receivingtext messages from us at any time. To cancel the SMS service, text “STOP” tothe provided number.
